Community Retreat
The goal of this retreat is to cultivate awareness about the tools that are available to us, both personally and collectively, to create joy, support and sustain in our lives. I want this experience to be available across my community so the the price for the whole retreat is only 300€. This includes: three nights of accommodation at stunning Casa Balat, x2 daily yoga classes, pilates, meditation, communal workshops, three daily meals, two of which are collectively prepared. However there is an element of exchange that is central to this retreat.
Your contribution:
Bring with you the ingredients so that you can prepare a dish to be part of the communally prepared meals. The dish absolutely can be very simple (this is even encouraged!). But importantly, it should connects to you emotionally and reflect the themes of the retreat - care, nourishment, love - perhaps, but not necessarily, using a recipe that has been passed down to you from your maternal lineage.
To guide the group through a creative activity or self care practice. Again, reflecting the themes of the retreat, introduce a practice of creative expression, communication or self/community care that is meaningful to you (length 15-30 min). Examples: personal creative practice, movement, guided walk, body work, journaling, playing an instrument - it can be anything.
If this resonates and you’d like to take part, please send a brief description of your offering to me 🤍 Places are strictly limited and filling up.

Sattvic Summer Reset
Early summer holds the promise of great shifts as it arrives with a sense of rebirth. Tuning in to the Yang rhythm of the sun, our energy is heightened by the abundance all around us. An ideal moment to turn the focus inwards towards connection and commit to our wellbeing and inner ease before the carefree long summer. Join the Sattvic Summer Reset if you are looking for a shift in the ways you nourish yourself through food, movement and in your inner dialogue.
Based on yogic principle, a Sattvic purification is a deep process of learning and unlearning. It is to face the discomfort that arrives when we don’t instantly respond to the mind’s constant cravings and aversions, but instead look at what is behind the mind’s attempt to escape through sensorial stimuli. The result, apart from the immediate lightness and ease that comes from giving our digestive system a restful pause, is that we become truly intuitive eaters capable of responding naturally to the body’s needs, without the need to neither restrict nor go overboard, which overtime builds TRUST and harmony in the mind-body-balance.
Starting Monday 27.5. this course features a daily morning practice on ZOOM at 06:30-07:30 Monday to Friday (10 classes total) over two weeks, as well as the guidance for the Sattvic Reset for your mind-body and gut and support in making the changes that take us to the fullness of our potential. All classes will be recorded and are available to download. There will be an introductory meeting on zoom on Sunday 26.5. at 19:30/7:30PM where any questions regarding the process can be answered. The price is 50€ per single week or 79€ for both weeks including all classes and instructions, recipes and group meetings. Write me to sign up.

Sheaths of the Self
This course explores the Self through the Yogic concept of the Koshas. Over five weeks we will move from the physical Self, layer by layer, until arriving at the astral version of our nature, each body representing an aspect of our lived experience. Connection within and throughout, with each step along the way an opportunity for growth and expansion.
Strong & Supported
The core together with our pelvic floor works as our base in movement and in stillness. Like all muscles, these multi-directional and -layered muscles need to be both strong and flexible to function well over time, which is especially true during the child bearing, birthing and postpartum years of life. Finding our base means that we can build the support that forms our foundation, allowing us to move with lightness and ease, setting the heart free.

Peace Power Presence
Pilates and Yin Yoga are a dreamy match because in asking us to go to our limit in two opposite directions, we expand the space available to us, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. A symbiotic partnership of peace and power, birthing presence as a result.

Cultivating Connection
It’s easy when it’s easy: to show up in our practice and to ourselves with commitment and compassion. But what about in the more testing, pressing moments? If the tools acquired in our yoga practice don’t extend beyond a throughout ‘happy’ and ‘positive’ version of ourselves, how deep is it really? How real is it? How much of ourselves is actually in it? And if we are not letting ur full self into your Sadhana, is it bringing us closer or farther away from ourself?
This five week course is about welcoming ourselves in wholeness and making the practice more inclusive of ourselves. It is also about letting the wisdom of the practice spill into our lives, creating steadfast tools that are there for us in moments of disconnection, pressure or stress. Tools to ground, to elevate, to centre, to let go and to embody the change in moments of transformation.

Prāṇa Apāna Samāna
Within us there is a world of subtle energies, that constantly influence our state of being. Understanding their nature is to come into alignment with this vast inner world. Ancient yogic mapped out our spiritual anatomy by dividing these energies into the Pancha Prāṇa and five Vāyus: Prāṇa, Apāna, Udāna, Samāna and Vyāna. Becoming aware of their presence is an enormous resource for the Sadhana and for all of life, because in their specific characteristics they have the power to alter, shift and transform.
