Cultivating Connection

It’s easy when it’s easy: to show up in our practice and to ourselves with commitment and compassion. But what about in the  more testing, pressing moments? If the tools acquired in our yoga practice don’t extend beyond a throughout ‘happy’ and ‘positive’ version of ourselves, how deep is it really? How real is it? How much of ourselves is actually in it?  And if we are not letting ur full self into your Sadhana, is it bringing us closer or farther away from ourself? 

This five week course is about welcoming ourselves in wholeness and making the practice more inclusive of ourselves. It is also about letting the wisdom of the practice spill into our lives, creating steadfast tools that are there for us in moments of disconnection, pressure or stress. Tools to ground, to elevate, to centre, to let go and to embody the change in moments of transformation.
