• Classes take place at Healing + Space in Via Alloro 129, 90133 Palermo. Buzz Birth Of Light and come up to the first floor - during February 2025 the Shala is under reworks and all classes happen on a pop up basis (still following the regular schedule). Please write me directly for the current address!

• All classes are open level. Please notify me before the class if you have any conditions, injuries or if you are pregnant - this way I can provide you with the right modifications to make the practice safe for you.

• Feel free to arrive a few minutes before the class so that you have time to set up and settle in.

• Price in person: drop-in 12€ / class cycle of five 55€*.

• Price online: drop-in 9€ / class cycle of five 39€*.

• All online classes are recorded and available to download.

* valid for 6 weeks - any missed sessions in one cycle can be done in another course, within 6 weeks.
