Strong & Supported

The core together with our pelvic floor works as our base in movement and in stillness. Like all muscles, these multi-directional and -layered muscles need to be both strong and flexible to function well over time, which is especially true during the child bearing, birthing and postpartum years of life. Finding our base means that we can build the support that forms our foundation, allowing us to move with lightness and ease, setting the heart free.
