Movement and breath as a living practice
taught with deep presence and care.
About
My name is Emma, I am a multi-certified yoga and pranayama teacher, birth doula and lactation counsellor.
Informed by over 750 hours of teacher training and my 11 years of experience teaching yoga full time, I work internationally with clients and groups of all levels and backgrounds, including people with complex and unique physical and emotional needs or realities.
I teach and support people through all different phases of life, offering attentive guidance that adapts to real bodies and real circumstances, which is something I also take with me in my birth and postpartum doula work and in my breastfeeding support.
Whether I’m teaching courses, offering 1:1 support or working with a parent to be, I am a space holder, intuitively channelling what is needed for one to open up to the present Self with awareness, acceptance and trust, working with care, continuity and respect for individual experience.
The Practice
Yoga
The foundation.
Taught through movement and breath, the practice is a dance between form and formlessness, where inner and outer strength is cultivated and centeredness manifested. Offered in Palermo, live online, and one-to-one, plus courses and retreats.
Doula support
Care through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Deeply intuitive, yet evidence-based guidance, emotional steadiness, and embodied presence during moments of transition. Birth preparation for mums, dads and couples. Practical knowledge about pelvic floor health through the changing phases of childbearing. Breastfeeding and weaning support.
Integrated personal support
Ongoing, adaptable support over time.
A weaving of movement, conversation and practical care, shaped by what is actually needed, with the aim to bring out the fullest potential of the yoga practice, regardless of age, mobility, functionality or situation.
A personal practice
Small groups, care and trust
Attention, continuity and deep presence. Trust in the body and trust in the practice.
